Prayer Request Form

Thank you for sharing your prayer request with us. It is a privilege to stand with you in prayer. God's Word assures us that He hears us when we call on Him, and we can place our trust in His perfect care, especially in the moments that weigh heavily on our hearts.

If you did not mark your request as “confidential,” it will be shared with our prayer team, who are committed to lifting your needs before the Lord.

God’s Word encourages us: “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6-7 ESV

Consider these scriptures from God’s Word, as you wait on Him:
  • “But I am like a green olive tree in the house of God. I trust in the steadfast love of God forever and ever. I will thank You forever, because You have done it. I will wait for Your name, for it is good, in the presence of the godly.” Psalm 52:8-9 ESV
  • “By awesome deeds You answer us with righteousness, O God of our salvation, the hope of all the ends of the earth and the farthest seas.” Psalm 65:5 ESV
